There is a ultra-thin clear film on Touchscreen, which may appear a little small scratch after Qulity Check or Packing, infact the touchsreen is protected by the film perfectly, you can remove the film when using. Meanwhile This device are using resistive touchscreen, which work on the basis of "pressure" applied to the screen. so the touch operation is different from Phone with Capacitive Screen ( e.g.: iPhone...),  Below is some tips about the difference.

Note For WiFi User:

To save device's power, the default status of WiFi is off, So you need Turn on the Wifi by system menu first, and then input your WiFi Password to use the network. Please make sure to use this device in a same room with the WiFi Router, Too much barrier (Wall or Working in different room) may cause wifi connection lose; If your WiFi connection is not stable, please try to replace the Router's antenna or Lastest Router with higher speed and larger coverage. (Normally 54M / 150M / 300M Router are with different Signal Strength and Coverage, 300M Router can boost strong signal and cover larger space).
